We put our heart (and a sprinkle of magic) into every jar, but we understand taste buds can be fickle! Here's the scoop on returns and refunds for our delicious cashew butter:

Change of Heart: We appreciate your enthusiasm, but due to the perishable nature of our product, refunds are not available for opened jars.  

Not-So-Nutty About It? If your unopened jar arrives damaged or something seems off, let us know within 7 days of receipt. We'll happily offer a full refund or replacement (your choice!). Just send a quick email with a picture of the product and a brief explanation to eva@elevatewitheva.com.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your zip code and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
